Not so Total Recall elections no
because of the outdmoded punch-card ballot machine...ruling by the court delays the Callifornia Recall vote. Okay maybe enough time for Ahhhhnuld to get some more pledge of support from different sectors..Gray Davis must be grinning! haha.. lets see what happens next :)
