Just as I suspected, sniper killer gets convicted
Via Washington Post

Lee Boyd Malvo was found guilty and now jury will choose what kind of sentence he would have. The always used brainwash/insanity defense didn't work. My blogging mind though thinks he should be given the life sentence and not the death penalty. Sure what he did was horrible and vicious and tragic but putting him in death penalty will not bring back the innocent victims. Whatever the jury decides, the killer should face the consequence of his actions.

Update: Penalty phase underway
The stories that victims families are telling the jury is compelling and moving you'd have to be a stone not to get affected.
