Istanbul, Turkey is rocked by bomb attacks and explosions (more than 450 gotinjured and 27 dead)once more. Who else but Al-Qaeda is believed to be responsible for the blast.

"The nature of the terrorist enemy is evident once again," Bush said. "They hope to intimidate. They hope to demoralize. . . . They're not going to succeed."
